HAPPY ANNIVERSARY 1st YEAR -FOUNDATION DAY -TO ARDS AND ALL

Dear ARDS Family,

At first Greetings to all of my ARDS Family on the foundation day of the ARDS. As a Director of Assam Rural Development Society (ARDS), I strongly believe that it’s our duty and responsibility to give back to the society in which we live, in return of the many things we avail from it in our day-to-day lives. ARDS as an organization stems from this root belief. Me and my team’s quest to serve the destitute gives us the strength to work with full dedication, sincerity and honesty. We dream to see a brighter India with this little initiative of ours and know that our dreams will bear fruit soon as we are not alone. The backbone of ARDS is my ARDS Family , Members and all supporters and well wishers who have helped me for making ARDS to make it first step towards completing its one year in serving to the mankind in many different ways.
At the same time our aim should is to have access to all the basic necessities of life enabling all of us to earn respect and dignity for our self and to our organization values and culture.

Now let us join hands and rub our shoulders with all in acquiring higher peaks of success for achieving aims and objectives of our ARDS FAMILY and play a bigger role in the days to come.

Coronavirus outbreak: we will get through this together

Dear colleagues,

I know that we are all watching the development of the corona virus pandemic with feelings of concern and uncertainty. We all – the ARDS family and the world in general – are in uncharted territory, and it is important that we remain calm, show solidarity and stand by each other in this difficult time.

To protect you and your families, our business, and the communities we live and work in, this means that as many colleagues as possible are asked to work from home. By doing so, we will live up to our social responsibility to prevent the virus spreading further, while ensuring the business continuity that supports and enables our customers and the economies we operate in.

I realise that working from home comes with some issues, from dealing with restricted access to some of the tools you rely on, to enforced isolation from your teammates. Please be reassured that the Management Board of ARDS and everyone else involved is doing everything we can to minimize the disruption to the way you work. If you have questions or need further instructions, please contact at [email protected] or at [email protected] you can also contact us at +91 7002290090 / +91 8638752855 / +91 7002219961.

Even though most of you will now be distanced from your colleagues, please stay in touch with each other and offer each other the necessary support. We remain a close, orange family whether we are in the same office or not.

Kind regards,

Jaidev Dey
Managing Director, ARDS
